Qualifications

Job description

The Senior Manager, Healthcare & Partnerships will support the General Manager in overseeing the Medical Mission of Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore), including palliative care and community health initiatives. This role works closely with the Head of Medical Services to ensure effective programme delivery, governance, and alignment with organisational priorities. In addition, the position drives partnerships and fundraising efforts to strengthen healthcare initiatives and supports cross-functional projects within the CEO Office.

Job Responsibilities:
Healthcare Oversight and Coordination

  • Assist the General Manager in monitoring healthcare programme performance, budgets and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Head of Medical Services to ensure operational efficiency and resolve challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO Office and medical team for alignment on organisational goals.
  • Support evaluation and sustainability planning for new healthcare initiatives.
Partnerships and Fundraising
  • Build strategic partnerships with corporates, healthcare organisations, and community groups to support healthcare initiatives.
  • Collaborate with fundraising teams to design and implement campaigns that secure resources for healthcare and related programmes.
  • Represent the organisation in external engagements and advocacy efforts related to healthcare.
Organisational Support and Special Projects

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of organisational priorities.
  • Oversee timelines and deliverables for healthcare-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support crisis management and organisational risk mitigation efforts.
Leadership and Team Collaboration
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams working on healthcare and partnership initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture across departments.
Job Requirements:
