Job description
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Group’s long-term strategic plans, incorporating financial analysis and input from various business units across development and investment projects.
  • Drive and manage M&A activities, including deal origination, due diligence coordination, financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation through to completion.
  • Lead corporate fundraising initiatives across debt and equity markets, including bond issuances, private placements, and refinancing exercises.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to explore financing opportunities and enhance the Group’s funding capabilities.
  • Oversee treasury and financial risk management matters, including hedging strategies and interest rate or FX swap transactions, ensuring alignment with overall risk policies.
  • Monitor capital market trends and investor sentiment to support the Group’s fundraising and investment strategies.
  • Prepare and update investor relations materials, such as AGM decks, presentations, and investor communications, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Collaborate with external advisors, research analysts, and financial institutions to strengthen market visibility and facilitate research coverage on the Group.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least 6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Strong grasp of M&A processes, financial modelling, and valuation methodologies, with hands‑on experience executing full transaction cycles.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with banks and investors, coupled with solid understanding of financing structures and capital market instruments.
  • Highly analytical, meticulous, and strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
