Job summary

A leading hardware company in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician for maintenance, servicing, and repair of forklifts and trucks. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience and a diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machinery faults, maintaining high safety standards, and achieving effective, independent work. Candidates with customer support experience will have an added advantage. This position requires a solid understanding of electrical systems and heavy machinery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining heavy machinery, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong electrical knowledge with ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform maintenance, servicing and general repair of Forklift, Trucks CNC Machine.
2. Able to troubleshoot and rectify Forklift, Trucks CNC Machine faults & defects.
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Maintain high standards in housekeeping and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
5. Minimum of 10 years relevant experiences.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heavy machinery, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Solid understanding of AC & DC motors, single‑phase and three‑phase systems, lead‑acid and lithium battery technologies, and electrical control circuits.
• Prior experience in customer support will be an added advantage.
