This role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts and certifications, and supporting various operations to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of hands-on experience in M&E systems, and strong skills in planning, communication, and building operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining M&E building systems, preferably in commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of M&E engineering and tenant management.
• Able to work independently and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E Operations team.
• Oversee maintenance of all building M&E systems.
• Manage M&E maintenance contracts and renewal processes.
• Prepare and evaluate vendor tender quotations.
• Support Environmental, Health, and Safety operations.
