Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience on Building Construction projects with a Mechanical bias.
• High-rise building experience is a MUST.
• MUST have experience working on HDB, Hospital, and/or a Commercial Building Project.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all M&E aspects of project management functions.
• Coordinate with various parties including customers and subcontractors.
• Plan, purchase, install, & maintain all machines used at site.
