Qualifications

• More than 8 years of experience in M&A, capital raising, or investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and industry research.
• Prepare proposals and discussion materials.
