A leading property and infrastructure group in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal and compliance support for its investment management business. The ideal candidate will have a Commonwealth law qualification and 8 years of relevant experience, capable of rendering legal advice and managing compliance within a diverse and inclusive workplace. The role involves coordinating legal aspects of the business and ensuring adherence to regional policies.

Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel . This role will support the Chief Legal Officer, Investments, and the CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT), providing legal and compliance support for LREIT and the Investment Management business in Asia.
A qualified lawyer from any commonwealth jurisdiction with post qualification experience of 8 years.
Experience in corporate, real estate, investment management with a major law firm or in–house.
