Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Senior Landscape Architect to lead various landscape projects from concept to construction. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, incorporating sustainable design solutions, and ensuring high standards in project management. The ideal candidate has a degree in Landscape Architecture, over 5 years of design experience in significant projects like hotels and resorts, and proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. This role is for Singaporean nationals only.

• Creative candidate who is capable of leading several landscape projects from concept to construction and helps the business to grow by business development.
• A track record of designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally.
• Designs and manages landscape architecture projects and teams.
• Develops, modifies and review drawings for landscape architecture projects.
• Demonstrates creative thinking abilities and contributes to firm wide design excellence and problem solving.
• Demonstrates understanding of the relationship between design and constructability.
• Incorporates integrated sustainable design solutions into projects.
• Participates in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and other consultants.
• Understands company agreements, contracts and deliverables, and assures that company standards for project management are met.
• Participates in professional organizations and events for the promotion of the firm and its services, sometimes outside of normal business hours.
• Any other duties assigned by the team leader but not limited to the above.

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture;
• Have more than 5 years’ experience with proficiency in design;
• Excellent graphics, strong design and effective communication skills are essential;
• Hotel, Resort, large scale Residential & Mixed-Use Development Design experience;
• Possess Software skills including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Lumion and MS Office;
• Experience in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage;
• Are responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Are willing to travel
