Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of technical support experience maintaining enterprise software applications in financial services.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and container orchestration environments.
• Experience with enterprise logging platforms, performance monitoring, and scripting.
• Strong diagnostic ability to troubleshoot data issues and operational errors.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational application monitoring, issue analysis, and system automation across critical financial platforms.
• Deliver functional incident analysis, troubleshooting, and production resolution within SLAs.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause investigations and collaborate with engineering for long-term fixes.
• Monitor health, performance, and system metrics using observability tools.
• Develop automation scripts and queries to streamline support workflows and data investigations.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate issue status, maintain runbooks, and keep systems stable.
