Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• L2 production support experience for banking/trading applications is required.
• Hands-on with Linux/Unix and Windows; proficient with SQL/Oracle/NoSQL databases.
• Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring.
• Familiar with monitoring/observability tools like Geneos, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Wealth Management applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using enterprise tools and dashboards.
• Lead incident management with rapid RCA and permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy updates safely into production.
• Maintain and update runbooks, technical documentation, and SOPs.
• Participate in disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning.
