Job summary

Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Support Analyst to provide on-site, L1 operational and semi-technical support for a major banking client. The role focuses on keeping daily team operations, documentation, and coordination running smoothly.

You will manage eMemos, procurement tracking, budgets, and incident tickets while coordinating onboarding/offboarding and system access. Familiarity with HR tools like Workday and basic vendor processes will help support

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in IT or financial services in an L1 support or operations role.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data/tabulation and presentations.
• Familiar with IT incident and problem tracking.
• Basic knowledge of HR tools (Workday) and vendor contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage eMemos, procurement tracking (PRs, POs, invoices, GR) and budgets.
• Monitor and update IT incident and problem tickets.
• Maintain audit records and SOPs on SharePoint/Confluence.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, laptops, LAN IDs, staff passes, and system access.
• Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and maintenance windows.
