Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Level 2 Production Support Engineer to support and enhance critical financial applications. You will analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure resolution within SLAs.

The role requires strong Azure/AKS familiarity, SQL proficiency, and scripting in Python, with collaboration across Level 3 and business teams. On-call rotations and continuous learning are expected to improve stability and service quality.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on production support in the financial domain.
Strong Azure fundamentals with AKS experience.
Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting.
Automation and scripting experience (Python).
Experience in Level 2 support; exposure to Level 3/development support is desirable.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
Excellent communication with stakeholders and quick learning.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 production support for financial applications, including incident analysis and resolution within SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Level 3/development teams for fixes.
Monitor application health using Splunk, AppDynamics; proactively address issues.
Develop automation scripts (Python) to streamline activities.
Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate data issues.
Collaborate with business/operations teams to communicate status and minimize impact.
Contribute to knowledge base, runbooks, and SOPs for efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotations for critical production systems.
Continuously learn new technologies to improve stability.
Collaborate with reporting teams using Tableau/Power BI/Business Objects.
