A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in their cardiovascular disease portfolio. This role requires collaborating with external stakeholders and managing key accounts. Candidates should have a relevant degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong proficiency in English and knowledge of the Singapore Healthcare System are essential. A competitive salary and benefits are offered.
This individual will partner closely with the existing sales and marketing team and external stakeholders to drive growth through their excellent execution of our operational plans. This role is focused on our cardiovascular disease portfolio, and includes diverse life cycle management opportunities that support short, medium and long term growth plans. The role will also require travel across Singapore to build strong professional relationships with external stakeholders, KOLs and professional associations. This a predominately a sales role and reports to the ASEAN Prescription Division, Marketing Manager.
Basic Qualifications and previous experience
. Preferably degree in Science/Business/Marketing Discipline and/or any relevant degree
· A minimum of 4 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
· High performer with well-developed business acumen. Previous pharmaceutical sales experience/Key Account Management skills will be well regarded.
· Strong knowledge of the Singapore Healthcare System and experience working with Thought Leaders.
· Experience working with Contract Sales Organizations would be a distinct advantage but is not critical.
· English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures
· Achieve sales forecasts for brands and launch excellence KPIs
· Support the launch of new products including the design and execution of customer meetings and securing formulary listings
· Analyse product competitive positioning, with conclusions and recommendations linked to SMART action plans
· Evaluate budgets to ensure sales projects are executed, reviewed, and controlled within agreed parameters and marketing spends are delivering positive ROI
· Participate in forecasting/planning projects
· Observe and ensure adherence with all company corporate policies
· Complete required administrative duties and functions that are associated with job responsibilities.
