The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in modern frameworks such as Spring, work well under Agile practices, and have familiarity with database management, both RDBMS and NoSQL. Experience in the banking or financial domain will be an added advantage. This position involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality through reviews.
