Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore seeks an experienced IT professional to update and execute IT strategies, manage infrastructure, and provide user support. You will be responsible for handling operating systems, ensuring network stability, and implementing security measures. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in IT with 5–8 years of experience in IT support, as well as proficiency in both Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
• Knowledge of IT security principles including antivirus and firewalls.
• Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring and management tools.

Responsibilities

• Update and execute IT strategies in line with group strategy.
• Manage operating systems and application software.
• Implement security measures to protect IT systems and data.

Skills

Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP

Experience with network troubleshooting

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
