Qualifications

• 3–4 years of HR experience; experience in F&B industry is a plus.
• Hands-on payroll, statutory compliance and HR administration expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS/payroll systems, such as Infotech, with good numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate monthly payroll processing and bank submissions.
• Manage CPF contributions and other payroll statutory requirements.
• Administer salary increments and changes to salary packages.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee claims and benefits (medical, insurance, welfare).
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and related rewards administration.
• Handle employee movements including confirmations, promotions, transfers, resignations.
