Job summary

House + PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to support the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore.

You will handle HR administration, payroll, work pass matters, employee relations, training and policy development to enhance the employee experience and company culture. You will independently manage day-to-day HR activities, ensure regulatory compliance with Singapore employment laws, and contribute to continuous process improvements across HR policies, onboarding,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Solid knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF matters.
• Hands-on HR operations, payroll, CPF and work pass administration experience.
• Experience in employee relations and handling employee feedback or workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and MOM submissions.
• Support payroll processing, CPF submissions and salary matters.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime and personnel records.
• Prepare contracts, letters and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Liaise with MOM, CPF Board and government authorities.
• Coordinate employee orientation and internal training programs.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook.
• Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment regulations.
