Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Executive (Compensation, Benefits & Payroll) in Singapore to support payroll operations, benefits administration, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll, WICA, CPF, IRAS, and related statutory reporting, along with HR analytics and reports. You will collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to optimise processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on payroll administration.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience handling WICA, employee insurance, and claims management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF, IRAS, and statutory requirements.
• Experience working with payroll vendors and HR systems.
• Experience within social service, healthcare, education, or non-profit sector advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, payroll reconciliations, and payroll-related employee matters.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including salary administration and employee welfare initiatives.
• Manage WICA and employee insurance claims, including coordination with insurers, brokers, medical providers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including CPF, IRAS submissions, AIS, NS Make-Up Pay, Government-Paid Leave claims, and related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards.
• Support HR systems administration, process improvements, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Serve as a key HR contact for payroll, benefits, compensation, and insurance-related enquiries.
