Private Advertiser seeks an HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance in a dynamic Singapore environment.

You will manage employee lifecycle, records, appraisals, transfers, and offboarding while enhancing engagement and program delivery. Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office is required, with 3–4 years in HR and knowledge of Singapore labor laws.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in an HR role with knowledge of payroll and Singapore labour laws.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment from postings to interviews and onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle including records, appraisals, transfers and offboarding.
• Process payroll, CPF contributions, tax filings and benefits.
• Uphold compliance with Singapore Employment Act and related rules.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Utilize HRIS to generate reports and insights.
• Support ad hoc HR projects as needed.
