Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior HR Executive (Compensation, Benefits & Payroll) to support payroll operations, benefits, and statutory compliance across the employee lifecycle.

The role covers end-to-end payroll processing, compensation programmes, WICA and insurance matters, and HR reporting. You will work with HR systems and payroll vendors to ensure accurate data and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years HR experience with at least 5 years payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and IRAS submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including salary administration.
• Handle WICA and employee insurance claims, coordinating with insurers and providers.
• Ensure statutory compliance and related reporting (CPF, IRAS, AIS, etc.).
• Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Assist HR systems administration and process improvements.
