Private Advertiser seeks an HR & Admin Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions in Singapore. You will align people practices with business objectives, manage payroll and policy compliance, and drive stakeholder collaboration across departments.

Success requires deep knowledge of Singapore employment practices, discretion, and the ability to implement continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
• 8+ years HR/administration experience, incl. 3+ years in managerial capacity.
• Well‑versed in Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS system; Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an advantage and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategy and manpower plans aligned to business goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Administer performance management, learning and development programs.
• Guide employee relations, engagement, culture, and welfare initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, records and HR operations.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage administration, facilities and corporate support.
