HANSING RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable HR professional in Singapore for a full-time role overseeing HR & administration, payroll, and compliance in a fast-growing SME.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, attendance, CPF, tax matters, and work passes, ensuring adherence to Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations while coordinating HR processes with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM, CPF and IRAS regulations.
• Able to independently handle payroll, CPF, work passes and employee tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-spectrum HR and daily administrative operations.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts and employee records.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, benefits and employee relations.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, salary payments and CPF submissions.
• Handle employee tax matters, including IR8A and IR21.
• Administer employee insurance and statutory benefits.
• Handle WP, S Pass and EP applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Monitor work pass validity, foreign worker quotas and MOM requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks and SOPs.
• Support performance appraisals, salary reviews and manpower planning.
• Coordinate HR matters with management and relevant departments.
