Swift Search Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS systems. This role offers a structured career path within a stable multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with payroll exposure.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and payroll.
• Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with BIPO is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, orientation.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF, tax submissions, and employee claims.
• Administer employee lifecycle: confirmations, appraisals, transfers, promotions, offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and HR policies.
• Handle employee queries and engage initiatives.
• Coordinate training and development programmes.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Support HR projects and ad-hoc duties.
