Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of HR operations in Singapore, strong confidentiality, and proficiency with Excel and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and CPF.
• Confidential, disciplined documentation and impartial handling.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Excel for records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, leave, attendance, and records.
• Prepare and verify payroll inputs and changes before Finance.
• Administer onboarding, offboarding, work-pass records, and compliant docs.
• Maintain HR trackers and audit-ready evidence.
• Provide first-line employee support and escalate conflicts.
