Job summary

Global Electronics Manufacturing Company seeks an HR Generalist to join its HR team in Singapore. This hands-on role focuses on Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle, HR Operations, and Payroll Administration, with additional support across training, performance management, engagement, compliance and other HR initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, maintain HR records, support payroll and benefits, and contribute to process improvements and audits within a

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a generalist environment.
• Strong recruitment and employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Familiarity with payroll administration and statutory submissions.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and PDPA.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with discretion.
• Experience with Prosoft HRMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies, including sourcing and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and probation reviews.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Assist with performance reviews, training requests and employee engagement.
• Ensure HR compliance and support ISO/audit requirements.
• Provide general HR and administrative support.
