Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and staff integration programmes.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations matters, including staff enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain staff certification records and support manpower compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, recruitment, turnover, training, and manpower trends.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
