Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to support daily HR activities, recruitment, and payroll administration. You will coordinate with stakeholders across multiple countries and drive employee engagement initiatives within a busy HR function.

The role involves managing payroll verifications for overseas plants (up to 3,000 headcount) and contributing to employer branding, benefits, and HRIS usage.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience handling multi-country payroll and large headcounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, administration, and coordination across multiple country stakeholders.
• Handle recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and proficiency using HRIS platforms.
• To handle overseas plant payroll, verify and do 1st round of check, high volume of up to 3000 headcount, mainly verification check.
• Drive employee engagement activities, relations support, and organizational projects.
