The role covers payroll processing, employee lifecycle, and HR operations, requiring strong English communication and discretion with confidential information. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, maintain records, and support onboarding through offboarding, while ensuring compliance with Singapore Employment Act and related regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience with hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Good understanding of Singapore Employment Act and payroll practices.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with Singapore regulations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, leaves, claims, and attendance records.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other HR-related documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other HR regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain payroll and HR databases.
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and ad hoc HR projects.
