Job summary

TT EMPLOYMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable HR Generalist to handle full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, work passes, policy implementation, and staff development within a busy organization.

You will manage HR administration, training, events, and data reporting with emphasis on MOM regulations. A diploma/degree in HR or Admin and at least 2 years of experience are required, with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies.
• Minimum 2 years of full spectrum HR working experience as generalist including payroll processing.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out end-to-end recruitment, on-boarding, staff exit management and performance management.
• Implement HR policies and procedures and conduct staff training and development.
• HR administration including data entry, filing, preparing employment contracts and letters.
• Process Work passes (WP/SP/EP), renewals and cancellations.
• Support payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing.
• Manage housing arrangements, dormitory matters and related administration.
• Assist with staff insurance, government claims, benefits, and training.
• Support company events and assist in HR projects as needed.
• Prepare and deliver timely HR data and reports.
