Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment advertising and screening to onboarding and performance management. You will oversee payroll processing, CPF contributions, tax filings, and benefits, maintain audit-ready personnel files, and advise on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Singapore legislation.

The role requires a degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of HR experience; strong communication

Qualifications

Minimum degree in Business Administration, HR or relevant field.
2-3 years of working experience in HR functions.
Experience in communicating with all levels will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Direct the full-cycle recruitment process from drafting ads to onboarding new hires.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, CPF contributions and IRAS tax filings, plus benefits and attendance records.
Standardize and maintain audit-ready HR records and documentation.
Support performance management frameworks and coordinate professional development programs.
Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary protocols.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, industrial agreements and WSH regulations.
Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and HR-centric solutions.
Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support.
