Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist with payroll responsibilities to support day-to-day HR operations for a dynamic, fast-paced team.

You will handle onboarding and offboarding, attendance, leave, payroll calculations, overtime, and statutory contributions, ensure timely CPF submissions, and maintain accurate employee records. The role requires strong attention to detail and compliance with local regulations.

Qualificações

• Min degree in HR, Business or related.
• 2 years experience in HR Generalist and Payroll.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance administration.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely submission of CPF, IR8A, SDL, FWL and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Handle employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, leave and HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and MOM-related matters where required.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and other HR welfare matters.
• Support performance management, training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for audits and other HR projects.
