About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join a lean and fast-moving team, reporting directly to the Founder. This is a hands‑on role covering end‑to‑end HR operations, ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and working closely with business leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end HR generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management
  • Maintain and optimise HR information systems (HRIS) and employee records
  • Handle commission calculations, payroll inputs, and monthly HR reporting with high accuracy
  • Prepare HR data analysis and reports using advanced Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Support performance management, contract administration, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies
  • Act as a key HR partner to the Founder on day‑to‑day people matters
  • Support ad‑hoc HR and administrative initiatives as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems / Infotech platforms
  • Good Excel proficiency, especially for commission and payroll‑related calculations
  • Comfortable working in a lean team with minimal hand‑holding
  • Detail‑oriented, structured, and able to manage confidential information
  • Good communication skills and ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
