  • Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate and track training needs and applications.
  • Support daily administrative operations and assist with audits.

Key responsibilities
  • Work pass administration: Handle all aspects of foreign worker permits, including applications, renewals, and terminations.

  • Payroll and benefits: Assist in payroll, administer benefits, and manage leave records for both staff and workers.

  • Employee relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

  • Compliance and records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws (especially MOM regulations), and assist with MOM surveys and audits.

  • Training and development: Coordinate and track training needs and applications, ensuring skill development and regulatory compliance.

  • General administration: Support daily administrative operations, including project site support and facility management, and assist with audits and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent.

  • Possesses 3 to 5 years of working experience as an HR in the construction/oil & gas industry.
