A prominent contractor firm in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional. Responsibilities include handling work pass administration, payroll, and employee relations. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business and 3 to 5 years of related experience in construction or oil & gas sectors. A vibrant working environment awaits.

Work pass administration: Handle all aspects of foreign worker permits, including applications, renewals, and terminations.
Payroll and benefits: Assist in payroll, administer benefits, and manage leave records for both staff and workers.
Employee relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
Compliance and records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws (especially MOM regulations), and assist with MOM surveys and audits.
Training and development: Coordinate and track training needs and applications, ensuring skill development and regulatory compliance.
General administration: Support daily administrative operations, including project site support and facility management, and assist with audits and other ad-hoc duties.
Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
Possesses 3 to 5 years of working experience as an HR in the construction/oil & gas industry.
