Job summary

A market leading fintech organisation in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Manager. The role involves facilitating recruitment processes, advising on HR policies, implementing employee engagement strategies, and managing onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced international environment. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience in a Senior HR Executive position is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or a start-up is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the recruitment process: job postings, resumes, interviews.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and improve HR processes.
  • Implement employee engagement surveys and support projects.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Manage HR onboarding process for compliance standards.

About the Job

As the Senior HR Executive, you will support the TA & HR Manager to recruit, retain and develop employees.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures and offer suggestions to improve HR processes.
  • Work with HQ to implement an employee engagement survey and support projects to improve engagement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success.
  • Manage the HR onboarding process to meet HR compliance standards and apply for work visas where necessary.
  • Maintain the HRIS system making sure employee records are accurate.
  • Liaise with HQ and outsourced payroll provider.

Reporting to the TA & HR Manager.

Skills and Experience

To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field along with at least 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast‑paced international environment. Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive position, particularly within the Financial Services, or a start‑up, is highly desirable. With excellent communication skills you will have a proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and come up with solutions.
