Job Description

• Partner business units in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Provide first-line advisory support on HR and people-related matters
• Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet departmental needs
• Partner Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements

Min Degree in Human Resources or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant business partnering experience, preferably in healthcare sector
