Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced BDM Director to lead High Net Worth growth across multiple distribution channels, including international brokers and bancassurance partnerships. You will engage frontline distribution stakeholders, drive activation, onboarding, and pipeline development to accelerate revenue in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of working experience in financial services or insurance.
• Experience supporting HNW/UHNW insurance solutions and wealth planning.
• Strong understanding of HNW distribution ecosystems (international brokers, private banks, family offices).
• Experience coordinating complex opportunities across underwriting, operations, compliance, and product teams.
• Knowledge of competitor propositions and HNW market trends.
• Proven track record managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive HNW growth across assigned distribution channels and support sales targets.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of new distribution partners and broker relationships.
• Provide advisory support to distributor partners on capability, processes, and product offerings.
• Gather market intelligence and support strategic planning for distribution.
• Develop marketing strategies and distributor engagement initiatives to boost broker performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional case orchestration with Case Management, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, and Operations.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure consistent and effective execution across regions.
