Job summary

Prudential is seeking an experienced BDM Director to drive High Net Worth life insurance distribution growth across multiple channels, including international brokers and bancassurance partnerships. You will lead engagement with frontline distribution stakeholders, support onboarding of partners, coordinate cross-functional case execution, and shape market strategy to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of working experience.
• Experience supporting HNW/UHNW insurance solutions, including trust arrangements, premium financing, and wealth transfer planning.
• Strong understanding of HNW distribution ecosystems, including international brokers, private banks, family offices, and wealth advisors.
• Experience coordinating complex opportunities across underwriting, operations, compliance, and product teams.
• Strong knowledge of competitor propositions and HNW market trends.
• Proven experience managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth initiatives.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive HNW business growth across assigned distribution channels and support achievement of sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with frontline distribution stakeholders (IB consultants, insurance specialists, relationship managers).
• Support onboarding and activation of new distribution partners and broker relationships.
• Provide professional advisory support to distributor partners on capability, process, and business-related enquiries; conduct distributor training.
• Coordinate market intelligence and support distribution strategy discussions.
• Develop marketing strategies and distributor engagement approaches to grow business.
• Coordinate with Case Management, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, and Operations to support distributor requests and complex cases.
• Manage and guide the BDM Associate Director / team in the region.
