Transamerica Life (Bermuda) Singapore seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Distribution to drive growth of the High Net Worth insurance business across International Brokerage and Bancassurance. The role focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships, strengthening distributor engagement, and delivering sales enablement initiatives.

The candidate should have 12+ years in life insurance, deep HNW product knowledge, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while communicating

Qualifications

• Degree qualification required.
• Minimum 12 years of multi-channel life insurance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of high-net-worth products (e.g., Universal Life).
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and align with TL Singapore's growth priorities.
• Manage distributors across International Brokerage and Bancassurance.
• Identify new distribution opportunities and partnerships.
• Strengthen distributor relationships to expand market reach.
• Represent TL Singapore as a market ambassador and drive brand presence.
• Lead or participate in strategic initiatives and projects.
