FWD Group is seeking a VP, Head of Distribution - International Markets to build and lead the global HNW distribution franchise across Singapore and international markets outside North Asia. You will own the commercial plan, partner agenda and a high-performing distribution team to drive sustainable APE and VNB growth.

Reporting to the Chief Officer, you will collaborate with Product, Underwriting, New Business and Operations, while engaging senior partners such as private banks and family

Competenze

• 10+ years in HNW life insurance, wealth management or private banking.
• 5+ years in distribution leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HNW products and market dynamics.
• Experience partnering with banks, brokers and family offices.

Mansioni

• Formulate and execute HNW distribution strategy for Singapore and ROW.
• Own delivery of APE and VNB targets and pipeline growth.
• Build and manage senior partner relationships with banks o/b brokers.
