Oliver James Group is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager for HNW distribution in Singapore. You will lead distribution strategies and manage relationships with international brokers, private banks and wealth advisers to drive growth across markets in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of HNW insurance, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate complex cases with underwriting, operations and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven track record in insurance distribution or wealth management.

Responsabilidades

• Drive HNW business growth across distribution channels and markets.
• Develop relationships with international brokers, private banks and wealth advisers.
• Identify opportunities and build a sustainable commercial pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of new distribution partners.
• Provide training and guidance on HNW propositions and processes.
• Deliver product training to strengthen distributor capabilities.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
