Qualifications

• 5 ~ 8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle operations, or product-led growth, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital consumer platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale campaigns across the user lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation.
• Strategic thinker with strong data fluency, able to translate metrics into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth campaigns roadmap for OKX SG by defining strategy, prioritization, and performance targets.
• Lead the design, execution, and optimization of in-app and offline campaigns aimed at driving key outcomes.
• Leverage lifecycle segmentation and analysis to identify conversion gaps and optimize engagement strategies.
