Our client, a player in the industrial real estate sector with regional operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan and Japan with an annual revenue of SGD50million is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the incumbent will be working alongside a finance team of 15. He/she will be responsible for the preparation and review of group financial reports, internal and external audits, consolidation, forecasting and budgeting, and development of financial strategy to support business growth requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
