The Role

As a Senior Finance Executive, you'll join a team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and transparency. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements in line with IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP.
• Lead audit processes, collaborating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency.
• Manage timely financial reporting and compliance across all statutory and internal frameworks.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and planning to support decision-making and company growth.
• Develop and optimize financial processes and systems, leveraging QuickBooks and integrating innovative AI technologies.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial transactions and reporting, making use of QuickBooks for everyday financial operations.
• Lead or support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial data flow and scalability as the company grows.
• Drive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic planning and management decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, scenario analysis, and performance tracking against budgets and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including significant experience in financial or statutory auditing roles.
• CA/CPA certification, with a strong preference for candidates who are fully qualified.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS, SFRS, and US GAAP, with hands‑on experience in financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with a keen ability to manage and report financial data effectively.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), including system implementation, enhancement, or migration projects.
• Strong FP&A experience, with a proven ability to build budgets, forecasts, and financial models in a fast‑growing or dynamic business environment.
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights to support leadership decision‑making.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to effectively work with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup atmosphere, with a passion for finance and AI.
