Join Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) as a Finance Analyst!

We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our team of finance professionals as an Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity within the finance team covering and supporting the full spectrum of the finance function – including accounting, tax and treasury.

Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller and within the Finance team, this role will help to support LREIT’s and its subsidiaries’ accounts and be responsible for the required financial reporting and management. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different countries / jurisdictions, other members in the LREIT team and various functions in the Lendlease Group business. He / She will be an active participant and contributor within the LREIT team.

Other key responsibilities
  • Preparation and supporting monthly financial closing for bookkeeping in line with regulatory requirements
  • Preparation and supporting of tax computation and tax filing
  • Preparation and supporting of year‑end annual report, financial statements, sustainability reporting, reporting packages and notes
  • Preparation of half yearly withholding tax filing and payment for unitholder
  • Quarterly preparation and supporting for GST filing
  • Preparation and supporting with invoice approval processing and weekly cash flow projection.
  • External debt financial covenants reporting and coordination and preparation of information packages for lending banks
  • Working with the regional treasury team on treasury matters related to LREIT, including transaction management, hedging and capital management
  • Assisting in the preparation and checking of investor relations presentation
  • Liaising with the REIT Trustee in respective jurisdictions in arranging all necessary resolutions in relation to approval of accounts, distributions, change in bank signatories, director, officers etc., and ensure filing is done as appropriate
  • Liaising with various service providers including external auditor, tax agent and internal auditor
  • Preparation and supporting of reporting to SGX, MAS and IRAS
