Responsibilities

• Provide key financial insights to support business strategy and decision‑making across Singapore, China, and regional teams.
• Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Review business performance and working capital, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term financial planning to support business growth.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios and performance metrics.
• Partner with business, treasury, and finance teams to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support regional performance reviews, process improvement, and system enhancement projects.
• Contribute to cross‑border initiatives such as M&A evaluations, automation, and dashboard development.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Possess at least 5 years’ FP&A experience in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
