Job description

SingHealth Translational Immunology and Inflammation Centre (STIIC) drives cutting edgetranslational research in immunology and inflammation in human health and disease andhas successfully embarked on translational research projects in various focus areas like Rheumatology, Onco-Immunology, Paediatric Inflammatory diseases, Allergy, Ocular Immunology, Immunology of Heart failure among several others.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and independent Senior Executive to provide general administrative support to the activities of the Platform for Translational Systems Medicine (PTSM).

You will ensure efficient operations of the programme by supporting the programme's procurement needs, maintaining records, supporting report submissions to committees, and keeping track of project agreements and progress reports. You will also support the Program Manager in generating publicity, planning, and coordinating campaigns and seminars.

Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or relevant disciplines
  • Experience or knowledge of research/education grant administration preferred
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
