A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Senior / Executive to manage procurement activities, oversee the quotation and tendering processes, and negotiate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or equivalent professional experience with at least 1 year in procurement. Job description
The Senior / Executive is responsible to:
  • Partner with the business and stakeholders to manage and administer all procurement activities.
  • Responsible for quotation and tendering process which includes preparing specifications, calling, evaluation and award of quotations/tenders.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional departments for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project.
  • Cross‑department collaboration to ensure procurement processes are done in adherence to NTU guidelines and policies.
  • All tactical purchases and procurement administrative support includes but not limited to PO processing and contract management.
  • Generate and analyze purchasing reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Any ad‑hoc jobs required by the management.
  • Build positive relationships with peers and supervisors to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with the business to drive policy compliance and partner with internal stakeholders to improve efficiencies.
Requirements:
