Our esteemed client is looking for Senior Executive - Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at assigned service points, including front counter and admin functions
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and departments to improve processes and patient experience
• Ensure facilities are safe and patient-friendly
• Support Ops & Admin teams in meeting service and satisfaction goals
• Develop innovative services to enhance customer experience
• Work with clinical heads to meet volume and financial targets; handle budgeting and business planning
• Supervise, train, and appraise non-nursing staff
• Lead recruitment and retention efforts for a stable, skilled team
• Maintain open communication between staff and management
• Participate in committees and other assigned tasks
• Open to job rotation after 3 years

Requirement
