Working hours: Office hours/Monday – Friday

Mode of working: Fully office based

Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Marketing (Consumer Product/Distribution)

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end development and execution of international Collectible products’ marketing programs, from conceptualisation through to market launch.

You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Program Management and the International Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of collectible product programs, including timeline management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Conduct market research and market competitive analysis
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery of program milestones
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and sales targets
  • Monitor key performance indicators, manage program-level profit and loss, and present performance reports to management
  • Provide marketing tools, insights, and support to sales channels to optimise program impact
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in program/project management, product development, or integrated marketing, with experience in consumer product markets and distribution channels highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
