As a Senior Executive / Executive – Sales (Cardiovascular) in B. Braun, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and strengthening customer partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your expertise will help negotiate agreements, manage orders, and ensure compliance with industry standards, all while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular portfolio.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and deliver the allocated budget while ensuring healthy contribution margin (CMII) in line with company guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular meetings, calls, and emails, while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and the market, representing B. Braun at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to strengthen brand presence.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, delivery, and specifications, while providing accurate quotations and cost calculations.
  • Gather and analyze market, customer, and competitor insights to advise on product developments, promotions, and future buying trends.
  • Ensure compliance with GDP, GDPMDS, and company SOPs, manage order progress, resolve customer complaints, and monitor account receivables to meet company standards.
What you will bring to the team:
  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Healthcare / Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Medical Sciences or related.
  • 2 years' experience in healthcare sales (medical devices or pharma) would be highly preferred, also open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in pursuing medical sales.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point; advantageous if possess knowledge in SAP and SalesForce.
  • Able to support cases within the cath lab, whenever necessary.
